01

Questionnaires

My goal is to Understand your pain
When you make your appointment, you'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire and, possibly, additional questionnaires if so indicated by your illness.

02

Appointment

Recovery is possible. All it takes is the right diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.
For your first appointment, plan to spend 90 minutes meeting in-person OR virtually with Dr. Lyday. If additional visits are needed, they will be scheduled at this time.
These follow-up visits will be conducted virtually.

03

Lab Work

We will order either blood work or a complete urine workup
Depending on the type of lab work ordered, you may be prescribed pre-lab medication(s) to prepare your body. We will discuss these during your Appointment, and a prescription will be done through our Prescription Portal or your local pharmacy.

04

Personalized Treatment Plan

By looking at your overall health situation, Dr. Lyday can develop a highly effective treatment plan that targets the root cause of the problem, illness, or disease.
Everyone’s treatment plan is personalized to their healing journey. In general, after the first visit we will schedule a subsequent appointment (in about 2-4 weeks) to review lab work. If a patient is being seen to increase vitality, they individually will determine when they need to follow up.

05
